- The Vulturion's action's disrupt Vanessa's healing with their battle outside of Kingpin's tower, and he vows to deal with them if Spider-Man fails in his fight against them
- Spider-Man loses Aunt May's birthday hat during the fight, but Kingpin recovers it for him, calling it repayment for dealing with the Vulturions
