- Lee Camino stands trial for the death of his friend, Anthony Delandri
- He's found not guilty
- As Camino steps foot on the courthouse steps to pronounce the verdict, we see a flashback of Delandri getting his head chopped off by Headhunter
- Peter Parker and Ben Urich are among the reports there to get photos and the story
- As Camino gets in his waiting car, he see's Headhunter standing in the crowd
- Peter turns and snaps a photo of the thug, but in response to having his picture taken, Headhunter smashes Peter's camera
- Peter in turn responds by hitting him with a spider tracer for later
- Camino returns home to find his son Danny cleaning
- Danny finds a contract that says if Camino's car business, Sterling Motors fails he has to give Executive Services Inc., his son
- Yeah, because that makes sense
- Camino hires extra security, but when he goes to tell his son to stay inside, he's already been kidnapped
- Headhunter puts the boy in a chair, and surrounds it with a tape square, telling him there are bobby traps all around him, and to stay put if he wants to live
- We get the origin of how Camino got into a position of power, essentially the contract with ESI
- With the strike still in full effect, Camino is taken to see his son one last time before his contract is "terminated"
- Spider-Man follows his tracer to ESI, and in doing so saves Camino from being offed
- Rollie and Lenny go searching for Camino, but inadvertently get killed by Headhunter's explosive booby trap
- The explosion knocks Danny down, and also drops a large file cabinet on his legs
- Camino discovers the file cabinet on his son is full of bonds, and considers keeping a drawer full for himself - Even as fire surrounds his boy
- Headhunter actually keeps the heads of his victims in jars - They get destroyed as Spider-Man kicks him into them, knocking him out
- Spidey doesn't leave him in the burning building, carrying the villain out
- Camino saves his son as well
- Another pointless filler story
Oddities
- The contract, see above
