Highlights

• Deep within the darkness of Cloak, Silvermane reaches for a light source that draws him towards his stolen essence
• The pain caused to Cloak by Silvermane's actions lead him to releasing the drug dealers he also ensnared
• The thugs are not only surprised by their sudden release, but the snowstorm occurring in August
• Reference is made to Thor 349, 350, The Amazing Spider-Man 258, Peter Parker, The Spectacular Spider-Man 94
• Silvermane breaks free from Cloak, Avengers 249, and Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars
• Spider-Man meets up with Black Cat, and they head off to search for Cloak and Dagger
• Silvermane bursts into Kingpin's building, and fights his way towards Dagger
• Spider-Man confronts Black Cat about the secrets she's been keeping from him, and she tells him Answer works for Kingpin, but won't provide any further information
• Cloak arrives at Kingpin's building, and makes his way inside, followed shortly by Spider-Man and Black Cat
• Kingpin tells Answer to hook Dagger up to the machine that will transfer her light essence to his wife, Vanessa, but Cloak suddenly appears
• Kingpin calls on the Black Cat to fulfill her debt to him by stopping Spider-Man
• Answer figures out that the only way to stop Silvermane is to return his stolen light essence to him
• Answer grabs Dagger, allowing her to absorb all of his light and energy - Answer is perceived as dead, but he's not
• Dagger fills Silvermane with his light essence again, and satisfied, the villain takes his leave
• Dagger then fills Cloak with the remaining excess light, bringing him back to full strength and power
• Kingpin begs Cloak to give some light to his wife Vanessa, but when she asks Cloak if they should, he tellers her no, and the two vanish into thin air
• Kingpin tells Spider-Man and Black Cat that it was their interference that caused him to be unable to use Dagger's light to save his wife, and says he holds them both responsible for it all
• At the Baxter Building, the symbiote continues hammering on his prison, intent on escape, and revenge
