Who would have ever thought we'd live in a world where seeing a Toys "R" Us would actually be an event? You just come to expect that they would always be around. Sadly, those days are behind us, and it is a true treat to find a store out in the wild. Sadly, for this one, you'd have to make your way all the way over to Japan to see it.
I don't know about you, but I miss those days of going to Toys "R" Us, pursuing all the isles, and nabbing up a toy here and there. I remember vividly going pretty much weekly back in 2012 for the new Nickelodeon TMNT line. I scoured the shelves, often leaving them empty of new product as I built up my complete set, including box variations. Those were certainly the last of the best of days for that kind of experience. At least around here.
