• Marla has traded up her glasses for contact lenses
• Reference is made to Marvel Team-Up 90
• Spider-Man makes a phone call to Aunt May mid fight just to say hello, while continuing to beat the snot out of James Melvin's men
• The yellow cloud turns out to be Will 'O The Wisp
• Dr. Madison is able to help Will 'O The Wisp, and reform him into his normal self

• No real plot, at least not one that's made relevant to the reader

Oddities

• Silver Samurai tells Spider-Man he has to kill him because none can know his presence in the city - But the only reason Spider-Man knows about him is because Samurai revealed himself while trying to sucker punch our hero
• Spider-Man fixes a collapsing building with his webbing, but doesn't that stuff dissolve in an hour?

• Aunt May collapses...Again...Sigh...What a useless character - She serves no purpose to the story, yet it feels like Marvel was too scared to just kill her off
• J. Jonah Jameson convinces Ka-Zar to go after Spider-Man
