Retro Spins: Samantha Fox - Touch Me

Ooph....Don't quit your day job, Samantha Fox.

While I respect the fact that Ms. Fox no longer wanted to take life lying down anymore, perhaps a career path in music wasn't the most appropriate calling for her. Don't get me wrong, her voice is decent, but she just doesn't have the songs to back it up. It's rejected 80's at its best and dreadfully boring at its worst.

Touch Me is the only stand out track, and of the ten songs on the album, the only one which feels truly polished and refined to actually be single worthy.

I actually had to walk away from this review for a few hours, and in coming back to it, I really have nothing further to say. It's just not a good album.
