The Fox's fence, André Boullion, get raided by the police with a warrant, ruining his sale
As the Fox escapes, he's pursued by soldier from Silver Sable International
Reference is made to Peter Parker, The Spectacular Spider-Man 99, 100, The Amazing Spider-Man 252, 256, and Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars
Spider-Man intervenes in the chase between Silver Sable International, and the Fox, accidently thinking the team are the bad guys since they're shooting guns, and takes them all out - He's then chastised by Lt. Keating for how badly he messed up
An assassination attempt of Silver Sable is thwarted by her when she easily takes out the would be killer
Aunt May and Peter attempt to bury the hatchet at the same time, resulting in them both getting busy signals when calling each other simultaneously
Spider-Man considers wearing his red and blue suit during the day, and black suit in the night, but decides that's a dumb idea
Silver Sable International catches up with the Fox, but Spider-Man once again intervenes
The Fox confides in Spider-Man that he simply wanted to go home to his wife and four children, but that one more job kept getting in the way, and time eventually slipped away
Spider-Man helps the Fox get away, but not with the jewels he stole
Silver Sable, intrigued with Spider-Man determines herself to learn more about him
Peter and Aunt May finally talk face to face

The story cuts to Peter in the hospital with Liz Allen and Harry Osborn, who have just had their child, Norman Harry Osborn - However, Peter was at their home in Peter Parker, The Spectacular Spider-Man visiting the family, and the events of that book supposedly happen three issues ago

Peter sees Steve beating the stuffing out of the punks, and quickly snaps pictures, thinking this is the story J. Jonah Jameson has wanted for a long time - an average citizen standing up to crime
Steve Rogers demands the film from Peter Parker after the fighting is over
Puns...Spider-Man follows Steve back to his home, and says, "There's my plainclothes avenger now!"
The Biotron Constructs can rebuild themselves from the parts of their fallen counterparts
Spider-Man swings himself and Captain America up and out of the mountaintop, thinking they'll be able to hit the water, and swim away - There's only one problem, the mountain has thrusters built into it, and it's launched into the sky

Oddities

S.U.L.T.A.N. built a giant metal wall in the middle of the highway, using it to stop Nick Fury and Spider-Man from driving any further - Um...What about the other drivers on the road?

Nick Fury tells Spidey that the plan is to surrender quietly, and then attack when they're brought to where Captain America is - except he says this secret plan right in front of the Biotron Constructs
